When you accept the TOS you begin following “phweet” on Twitter

This enables Phweet to provide “updates” and service announcements like you see from your other Twitter friends. You may stop following “phweet” or even block it at any time. It will not effect your use of the Phweet service. You are then “opting out” of seeing further Tweets from us. Note if you ask Phweet for assistance “@phweet your message” and you are not following Phweet you may miss our reply. 

Note we do not collect your email or ask for any other identifiers to use the service. twitter.com/phweet and our blog are the only ways to keep in touch or up to date.
